We are a proud American company, and everything is in the USA. It only takes 3-5 business days for us to process and 5-7 days to ship to your door, All the products from our store are in California, USA

Order Fulfillment
When you place an order on MOTITOPIA, we promise to ship out your item(s) within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday (10am-5pm PST). This means that within 3-5 business days of your online purchase, you can be assured that your package is handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS for prompt delivery. All orders include a tracking number so that you can go online and see where your package is en route.

Note: Our offices are closed on the weekends and holidays, so any orders placed before holidays or weekends will be shipped out first thing on the following business day.

Shipping Within The U.S.
All the shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. MOTITOPIA is offering free First class USPS shipping on all U.S. for orders over $79 and all Canada orders over $150. All orders will be shipped through the USPS. While the exact date of delivery will vary based on your location, the estimated shipping and handling time is 2 to 7 business days.

Shipping To Canada
The estimated shipping time is from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Please keep in mind that customs delays are common when shipping to Canada. All shipments made to Canada must be shipped to a physical address. We are not able to ship to Canada P.O. boxes at this time. If your package is refused, or unclaimed, you will be responsible for the original shipping and return costs. This also may include any duties, taxes, and customs charges. This total amount will be deducted from your merchandise return.
